🚫 Prohibition of CSAE
Lohana Online has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors in any form
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing sexually explicit content involving children
- Any communication that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children
- Attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors through the platform
- Any content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes child abuse or exploitation
Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination, removal of offending content, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

📢 Addressing CSAM Reports
Lohana Online has a clear process for addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) reports:
- Immediate Removal: Any reported CSAM content will be removed from the platform immediately upon detection or report.
- Account Suspension: The account associated with the reported content will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant Indian law enforcement authorities (as applicable under POCSO Act, 2012 and IT Act, 2000).
- Preservation of Evidence: Relevant data will be preserved to assist law enforcement investigations.
- User Notification: Reporting users will receive acknowledgment of their report within 48 hours.
